Well, I saw a bunch of interviews and analysis on this in the last few days. My conclusion was that the cover-up had nothing to do with the people and the readiness of the people.

I think you have a good point. If it were a military thing I agree it would be a lose-lose situation. Maybe they are trying to get more funding for the military by scaring the American people with UFOs. I have no idea, but I’m sure nothing good will come of the military’s plans, whatever they are.
